“Feel Good by Design is the blessing I didn't know I needed at the time but I'm so happy it found me. FGBD helped me realize my own worth and strength while grieving. The beauty and strength of my fellow sisters in the group is inspirational and comforting. It's also worth noting that while we started this group in different places with our grief many, if not all of us, have come a long way by celebrating life's triumphs and supporting each other through challenges and tragedy. I'm so blessed to have found a group that I feel so comfortable being vulnerable with.”  OG

FGBD is a spirit filled support group that has helped me to unearth my grieving that had consumed me for years. The group created a safe, and comfortable, trustworthy environment to speak freely. We formed a group of Sister Hood, we are there for one another to encourage, love, comfort, and help build up one another. We are breaking chains.” NC

"Feel Good by Design" is a wonderful support group for those who have lost someone through illness, aging or trauma.  It is an inclusive group that not only allows you to grieve, but supports you through your grief, regardless of when you experienced the loss.  There is understanding that some days you're okay and other days you're just not.  I look forward to the monthly meetings and have developed a special relationship with each participant.  I highly recommend this group to others who may be going through the same.”  Marilyn

Through our group I feel alive again. The peace of mind. I've learned to put me first. God is the head of my life and my group is everything to me. Thanks everyone love you all.” Jerrye

“When I first came to the group I was in so much pain and grief over the loss of my three sons. Since that first group I have received unconditional support and love from the members as well as the facilitator. I am truly grateful for the beautiful strong women I've meet on this journey of healing.” Niva Scott
